Sometimes you buy something at the store and when you get home you break it while unwrapping it. It wasn’t broken when you bought it but you still feel gypped and return it to the shop. That’s how we felt about Gisselle. She was fine when she arrived but she broke so quickly we had to replace her and get a refund!
